We love the way she wore it with a tight mini, stockings, a hat, and a fabulous pair of lace up boots from Azzedine Alaia. Do you think so too?

We also love how the sweater is cut differently from the usual – cropped with wide bands and a wide v-neck. You can find the sweater at Net-A-Porter.com for a hefty £1,507.23.

Yah, I know I mentioned in my last post that authentic hand made Fair Isle sweaters are very expensive, but I kind of forgot to mention that the great imitators (the high fashion brands), are actually even more expensive!

Oh well, I guess if you’re a Fair Isle fanatic,  going for the genuine article would be the way to go. But if you’re a designer junkie, then the latter would probably be your natural choice.

I would love to give you cheaper substitutes today but I just couldn’t find any with such a pattern and cut. However, I found this black and white striped sweater which just might do the trick if you’re trying to get the general overall look:
